Origin probably Verona, to judge by the curious type of writing.

Script, apparently by the same hand as CLA 4.503, is an uncalligrapic, awkward uncial, the letters hanging from the line instead of being written on it: the top of T forms a loop to the left, as in pre-Caroline minuscule; LL occasionally run together; descenders often extend into the line below.
