Origin and Provenance

Written probably in Spain. This part of the MS also contains the erased Fleury ex-libris altered to that of St Martial, Limoges (cf. foll. 140v, 150v); it also has Visigothic and Tironian marginalia passim.

Script Commentary

Colophons in Rustic capital, in black or in alternate lines of black and red. First line of each book in red. Script a small half-uncial: G has the uncial form; the top of F and of S and the cross-stroke of T are rather fine.
