| Script | German Minuscule |
| Date | VIII ex (776 - 800) |
| Origin and Provenance |
Written in a South German centre, probably in the Freising region, to judge from the script. Since all the London fragments were used as fly-leaves of manuscripts hailing from the Georgenberg monastery in the Tyrol, the Basel and Donaueschingen leaves probably came from the same place. |

| Script Commentary |
Script is a roundish minuscule of a Bavarian type with marked resemblance to that of a group of Freising manuscripts (Munich Lat. 6279, 6308, etc.): both forms of a are frequent; the ligature ni with subscript i is used; nt occurs even in mid-word. For other details see under London (CLA 2.168). |
