Written in all probability in North Italy, to judge by the script. Rewritten with Glossaries in North Italy or Switzerland ca. 800.

Script is a well-formed half-uncial of a North Italian type: a is almost uncial; the bow of b is broad and open; the oblique stroke of N sags and does not reach the base-line; the shoulder of r sweeps down.
