Written apparently in Italy, to judge by the script. Rewritten with Glossaries ca. 800 in North Italy or Switzerland.

Script Commentary

Script is a good, regular uncial, not of the oldest type: the stem of R goes below the line and the bow is open; the cross-stroke of T is often ticked at both ends.
