Script Commentary

Script is an Anglo-Saxon minuscule of a distinct type: a has both open and closed forms; always has the uncial form; e is theta-shaped; , r, and go far below the line; the long bow of is noteworthy; subscript i occurs (mi); x is made in three strokes.
