Script is irregular Irish minuscule, partly of an early, somewhat angular type, partly pointed and narrow and often cursive: a has two forms; i after r is an s-like flourish and the same flourish is seen in the fi ligature; subscript o is frequent; u is often suprascript and cup-shaped; e in ligature frequently resembles a shallow 8. |
