Script | Early Caroline Minuscule |
Date | VIII ex (776 - 800) |
Origin and Provenance |
Written in South Bavaria and presumably at Tegernsee. The manuscript formed a companion volume to the charming little Regula S Benedicti (see next item) with which it agrees palaeographically in every respect. The scribe can be no other than Dominicus, whose signature is seen in CLM 18092 (CLA 9.1315). |
