Origin and Provenance

Origin uncertain, most likely Italy. Rewritten in the eighth century with various texts from the Fathers, presumably in North Italy. Was already in the Vienna Palatine Library around 1600.

Script Commentary

Script is a stately, calligraphic uncial of the old type: the tail of G is thin.
