Script Commentary

Script is later Roman cursive with many ligatures: g is broad and flat-topped; among the ligatures occur ff, fi, oc, on, te, tu. The names of the consuls in the date of Ep. 27 and the entire address of Ep. 29 are written in good sloping uncial.
