Origin probably North Italy. Used there for rewriting saec. IX ex. Fol. 1 contains the sixteenth-century inscription ‘Liber hic est Theodori a Malsen Ultraiectini’.

Script is uncial for the first half of the Psalter, half-uncial for the second half and Canticles; all now very illegible.
