Script Commentary |
Script is a debased Irish minuscule, crowded and ungainly, apparently under continental influence, but some contemporary marginalia are in pure Insular. Over the erased lower half of fol. 75 of the Laurentian MS is a prayer in minuscule saec. X, which continues on fol. 75v. |
