Written presumably in Ireland. Corrections and extensive additions were made, most likely at Bobbio, towards the end of the eighth century. The usual Bobbio ex-libris and the number 156 are seen on fol. 1.

Script is Irish minuscule (parts seem more like compressed majuscule) by several scribes: d has two forms. Later additions by the main hand of foll. 47 ff. are seen on foll. 7v and 22 .
