| Script Commentary |
Script is a not very graceful example of North Italian pre-Caroline minuscule with a number of cursive elements: ligatures with ꞇ and with i are common; shafts of tall letters are very thick and club-shaped; the form of the letter ꞇ and the ligatures mi, ni suggest an Insular exemplar, which may also account for the Insular abbreviation symbols. |
